Privacy Policy

This page explains what Namo Toys collects when you use namotoys.com, why, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address, plus what you ordered.
• When you write to us: your email address and whatever you tell us.
• Automatically: basic analytics such as which pages were visited and roughly where the visit came from. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Payments

We do not see or store your card or UPI details. Prepaid payments are handled entirely by the payment provider on their own systems. For cash on delivery, the money is collected by the courier and we only ever see that the order was paid.

Who we share it with

• The courier, who needs your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
• The payment provider, for prepaid orders.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them for anyone else’s advertising.

Cookies

The site sets a cookie to remember what is in your cart, and one to remember whether you switched the page lights on or off. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the banner. You can decline and the shop works exactly the same.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept for two years. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your details, except records we are legally required to keep.
• Withdraw cookie consent at any time through the banner.
